An information stand open to all.

On October 10th, in honor of Mental Health Month, we held a booth at our facility to raise awareness about the importance of stress management. This year’s cantonal theme, focused on stress, allowed us to address a crucial topic : learning to differentiate between good stress and bad stress and understanding the impact of the latter on our overall well-being.

During the event, our staff engaged with visitors on strategies for better stress management, including relaxation techniques, breathing exercises, and practical advice for balancing work and personal life. Stress management is an essential skill for maintaining good mental health, and this booth provided a valuable opportunity to inform and equip participants.

The importance of mental health in Switzerland

In Switzerland, mental health has become a major concern. While stress can sometimes be a positive driving force, it can also become harmful when it exceeds our ability to cope. Recent studies show that nearly half of the Swiss population experiences worrying levels of stress, and cases of emotional burnout are steadily increasing.

It is more important than ever to recognize the early warning signs of mental distress and to equip ourselves to manage them. We are committed to providing holistic support to our patients, offering them concrete tools to improve their mental well-being.
