After nearly five years leading Clinique La Lignière in Gland (VD), Mattia Benini has decided to step down from his role as CEO for personal reasons.
The Board of Directors extends its heartfelt gratitude for his unwavering dedication and the significant impact he has made to our institution during his tenure.
Under Mr. Benini’s leadership and in collaboration with the executive team, La Lignière successfully navigated the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic while continually adapting its healthcare services to meet the needs of a dynamic environment. These efforts have reinforced our position as a key healthcare provider in the Vaud region.
This collective success highlights the critical role of dedicated leadership and a united team focus on delivering high-quality care and promoting holistic health.
Remaining true to our core Christian values of respect, service, and excellence, we reaffirm our commitment to building on this positive momentum to meet the needs of our patients and partners.
The selection process to appoint a new CEO is already underway. In the interim, the Board of Directors has named Philippe Monnard, previously Chief Financial Officer and Deputy CEO, as Acting CEO, effective immediately.
During this transition period, Mattia Benini will collaborate closely with Philippe Monnard to ensure a seamless continuation of operations across the Clinique and its affiliated entities.
