We treat the following disorders through individual, group, couples, and family therapies :

  • Mood disorders: depression, bipolar disorder

  • Eating disorders

  • Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)

  • Addictions (substance dependence)

  • Sleep problems, insomnia

  • Stress-related difficulties: burnout, post-traumatic stress, adjustment to new life stages (grieving process, divorce, career change, retirement).

Personalized support for our sessions

We offer tailored artistic techniques to express your emotions and enhance your psychological well-being. We work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan, including diverse artistic activities, practical exercises, and guidance to integrate creativity into your daily life.

Rates and refund

Art therapy sessions are not covered by basic health insurance (LAMal), but they may be covered by some supplementary insurance policies, without the need for a medical prescription.

In case of cancellation, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any late cancellation or no-show will incur an invoice of CHF 45.-.
