Our Rooms

Your room receives daily maintenance in accordance with the hygiene standards of cantonal hospitals.

We provide and maintain all necessary linens during your stay, including sheets and towels. However, please note that personal laundry services are not covered by the Clinic. A laundry service is available at an additional cost.

In some rooms, the toilets and/or shower facilities are located outside the room and are shared. Rooms designated for private or semi-private patients are equipped with integrated amenities.

Each of our rooms benefits from secure access. Upon arrival, you will receive an access badge that allows you to enter your room and make purchases at the reception and Tea-Room.

However, we recommend that you place your valuables in the safe provided in your room. La Lignière cannot be held responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of your personal belongings without forced entry.

For hygiene reasons, animals, potted plants including orchids, are not allowed in our facility (including in rooms). Cut flowers in a vase are permitted.

You will have access to private Wi-Fi both in the rooms and in common areas. Upon arrival, you will be provided with personal credentials to connect to the network.

Each room is equipped with a landline phone with a personal number, allowing you to receive calls from outside at no additional cost.

Outgoing calls may be included in your insurance package, or additional charges may apply depending on your plan.

You can send and receive mail (including subscriptions to newspapers). Postage and a mailbox are available at the reception for outgoing mail.

Your room is equipped with a television that also functions as a radio.

Upon request, our room service is available to take your beverage orders directly to your room.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout our premises, including indoors and outdoors, which includes rooms, balconies, toilets, dining areas, building surroundings, and the surrounding forest. These restrictions also apply to electronic cigarettes.

Please smoke only in designated smoking areas.

We offer a selection of newspapers, magazines, books, stationery items, and toiletries for sale.

Depending on your insurance coverage, additional services included in your stay may comprise amenities such as toiletries, bathrobes, hairdryers, and bottled mineral water in your room.
