Current health measures :

Hand disinfection :

  • Please disinfect your hands upon entering our facility.

  • Hand hygiene is crucial for the safety of our most vulnerable patients.

Mask and symptoms :

  • Wearing a mask is no longer mandatory within the clinic.

  • If you have respiratory symptoms, even mild ones, we ask visitors to postpone their visit.

  • If the visit is unavoidable, wearing a mask is mandatory at all times.

We encourage everyone to wear a mask beyond these recommendations if you feel it is necessary.

Visiting hours

Your loved ones are welcome at our hospital during your stay.

Visits are allowed every day from 10:00 AM to 7:45 PM.

Unless the patient requests otherwise, our reception team will provide you with the service and room information and guide you within the clinic.

Some points to consider during your visit :

  • Care and therapies are prioritized and may sometimes limit visits. Please respect the activity schedule to ensure the optimal recovery of your loved one.

  • Visits must respect the rest of the patient and their roommates.

  • It is preferable to visit in small numbers and, if possible, without young children.

  • Smoking is prohibited in our facility, including rooms, balconies, restrooms, dining areas, surrounding buildings, and the nearby forest. This restriction also applies to electronic cigarettes. We ask that you smoke only in designated areas.

  • For hygiene reasons, only fresh cut flowers are allowed in the rooms.

Visitor spaces

Outside of the rooms, some common areas are available for patients and their relatives.

Sharing a meal with a patient/relative

To share a meal with a patient or a relative, you can visit the restaurant l’Escale, open for lunch and dinner.

You can have multiple guests at the same time, subject to room availability.

It is necessary to reserve your table with the restaurant at least 24 hours in advance, and before Friday evening for weekend meals.
