Mattia Benini has been appointed as the new General Director of Clinique La Lignière and its sister entities, effective from February 1st, 2020.
Currently serving as the Operational Manager of Processes at La Lignière, he was chosen for his extensive technical and practical skills acquired over the past years within our institution, as well as for his involvement in strategic projects as a member of the Executive Committee. Mr. Benini also impressed the Search and Selection Committee, established by the Board of Directors, with his human and social skills, his deep sense of values and commitment, and his participative, cross-disciplinary, and interdisciplinary approach. These qualities are essential in meeting the challenges of an increasingly complex healthcare system and for continuing to develop our regional, cantonal, and international partnerships.
Mr. Nicolas Walther will remain General Director of Clinique La Lignière and its sister entities until January 31st, 2020. This will allow him to hand over all managerial responsibilities to Mr. Mattia Benini and progressively involve him in the various ongoing projects.
